• Ananda Valley is 100% Vegetarian & No alcohol zone.

• Ananda Valley is not a star rated property, it is simple and humble place to live near nature.

• We try our level best to make your stay comfortable, at the same time their will be some glitches being is rural area it is not possible to serve you the best of the comforts and services, hence we expect guest to cooperate.

• No alcohol is allowed on the campus.

• Swimming is not allowed for security reasons.

• Smoking is banned in all public and private areas.

• Outside food is not allowed.

• Personal care is to be taken for falling, stumbling and other injuries.

• Be careful about the wild life and protect it. Help us to keep it clean and green.

• Management will not be responsible for any accidents like snakebites, falls and other types of injuries on site due to any reasons beyond the control of the management.

• Management will not be responsible for any personal belongings (loss, theft, damage etc) of valuables like cash, jewelry, laptop, mobiles, digital or video cameras, spectacles, goggles, caps, ipods and wallets etc.

• We will not accept any claims for all the above mentioned items what so ever.

• Only First aid will be provided at site.

• Filtered drinking water is served throughout the day.

• All Food served is unlimited. Food served in Buffet system only.

• Pl wear good sports shoes and keep a spare set of clothes and carry an umbrella.

• Bookings and date is confirmed on 100% Advance payment only.

• On cancellation of the program or tour no refunds will be given, dates can be changed.

• 100% Advance as the booking and confirmation amount, payable to Aakash Agritec

• We provide music and Mike system to groups.

• You may bring your music cd’s and ipod’s with the music of your choice.

• Please inform the management, before hand of any other activities your group is organizing, so that we can do necessary preparations in time.

• Pl note charges mentioned are specific to menus mentioned. For any variations in menu, or ordered items will be separately charged.

• Resident guests staying in ac cottages are requested to take care of room keys and remote control of ac, any damage or loss of these items will be debited to the guests account.

• Items like napkins, linens, towels and other decorative items will be check at the time of departure.

• All the above terms and conditions are applicable to one day or resident guests, individually and group.

• Person who is signing this document will be taken as an authorized signatory of the particular group. His signature will be representation of all the group members and applies to all the personnel in the group.

• If we find any alcoholic beverages and non veg food items with our guests, we will request our guest to leave the premise at the instance.

• We do not allow pets in our resort.

• * The activities marked with as trick sign are subject to seasonal & operational conditions.

• It is implied when you are making the booking that you have accepted the terms and conditions and will abide by the same. Kindly inform about the place and where you are going to your group hence all of the guest really know what to expect, and where you are going.
