Security instruction

• Be careful about the wild life & protect it. Help us to keep it clean &green.
• We try our level best to make your stay comfortable, but at the same time there will be some glitches since it is a rural area and it is not possible to serve you the best of the comforts and services, hence we expect guests to cooperate.
• Swimming is not allowed in any water body and lakes.
• Going in lakes, water bodies and wells is strictly prohibited for all.
• Students picnic group coordinators to be watchful.
• Instructions for school staff and picnic staff to be informed about this to all the schools.
• Rain dance is not applicable for school picnics.
• Smoking is banned in all public and private areas.
• Ananda Valley is no smoking zone( agricultural fields, flora and fauna)
• Possession of any banned and illegal drugs in Ananda valley.
• We do not take any responsibility if such things are found in anyone’s possessions, in car or in any baggage.
• The responsibility of such possession will lie with the person carrying such material.
• Only First aid will be provided at site.
• Pl wear good sports shoes and keep a spare set of clothes and carry an umbrella.
• Personal care is to be taken for falling, stumbling and other injuries.
• Management will not be responsible for any accidents like snakebites, falls and other types of injuries on site due to any reasons beyond the control of the management.
• Management will not be responsible for any personal belongings (loss, theft, damage etc) of valuables like cash, jewelry, laptop, mobiles, digital or video cameras, spectacles, goggles, caps, iPods , wallets etc.
• We will not accept any claims for all the above mentioned items what so ever.
• The person who is signing this document will be taken as an authorized signatory of the particular group. His signature will be representation of all the group members and all terms and conditions will apply to all the personnel in the group.

Food, water & Beverages

• Outside food is not allowed.
• Ananda Valley is 100% Vegetarian and it is a no alcohol zone.
• Filtered drinking water is served throughout the day.
• All food served is unlimited. Food served in Buffet system only.
• No alcohol is allowed on the campus.

Parking

• Resident Guest should park the vehicle at their risk, even though we provide security at night.
• Management is not responsible for any damage to the vehicles.

Pet policy

• We do not allow pets in our resort for day visit or in the rooms.

In room policy

• Items like napkins, linens, towels and other decorative items will be checked at the time of departure.
• If we find any alcoholic beverages and non vegetarian food items with our guests, we will request our guest to leave the premise instantly.
• Resident guests staying in ac cottages are requested to take care of room keys and remote control of AC. Any damage or loss of these items will be debited to the guests’ account.
• Club House facilities are available only for resident guests of Ananda Valley. The eco tour package does not include usage of Club House.

Conference facility

• Conference facility is offered by bookings, as per the terms and conditions finalized at the time of bookings.

Other terms

• Ananda Valley is not a star rated property; it is a simple and humble place to be close to the nature.
• It is implied when you are making the booking that you have accepted the terms and conditions and will abide by the same.
• We provide music and Mike system to groups.
• You may bring your music Cds and iPods with the music of your choice.
• Please inform the management, before hand of any other activities your group is organizing, so that we can do necessary preparations in time.
• Please note that the charges mentioned are specific to menus mentioned. For any variations in menu, or ordered items charges will be separately levied.
• All the above terms and conditions are applicable to one day or resident guests, individually and for group.
• The activities marked with star sign (*) are subject to seasonal & operational conditions.
• This is a private property; management reserves the right of admission.

Booking and Payment terms

• Bookings and date is confirmed on 100% Advance payment only.
• On cancellation of the program or tour no refunds will be given, dates can be changed.
